The Kid's Club Associate is responsible for the caring of the gym members' children while in the Kid's Club area. Supervise children in designated zones, ensuring that children are playing in a kind, courteous manner that corresponds with Kid's Club expectations. Deal with minor parent concerns with the appropriate procedures. Qualifications and Requirements include: Pass Finger print and Federal background check if over the age of 18 years. Within 90 days of start date obtain Infant and Child First Aid/ CPR certificate. STARS training hours will be ongoing. Excellent communication with children, excellent communication with adults, knowledge/ability to learn computer based programs and applications, and a love of children should be evident.
This is a minimal part-time position . Typically 9-12 Monday through Thursday, days and evenings, with an occasional Saturday morning.
